HOD’s Message – Department of CSE (AI & ML)

Welcome to the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning). Our department is dedicated to preparing students for the rapidly evolving era of intelligent technologies by offering strong academic foundations combined with hands-on, industry-oriented learning.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (AI & ML) was established in the year 2023 with a vision to develop innovative AI technologists who create ethical solutions that uplift communities and address real societal challenges. The department is equipped with well-established laboratories, modern computing facilities, and highly qualified faculty members specialized in cutting-edge AI & ML domains. It also features digital classrooms, a department library, and dedicated project and innovation laboratories designed to support experiential and research-oriented learning.

We focus on outcome-based education, practical skill development, and continuous exposure to real-world applications. In addition to classroom learning, we emphasize bringing live industry projects and real-time problem statements into academia. This approach enables our students to gain direct experience with actual industry workflows, challenges, and expectations—providing them with a true sense of professional work culture.

Such live project engagements not only boost their technical confidence but also add significant value to their career profiles, making them highly competitive and industry-ready upon graduation.

Our faculty members are committed mentors who guide students in research, innovation, entrepreneurship, and advanced technical activities. We collaborate closely with industry partners, technology organizations, and research institutions to ensure that our students stay aligned with current trends and future demands.

At CSE (AI & ML), our mission is to nurture problem-solvers, innovators, and responsible technologists who can make meaningful contributions to society through AI-driven advancements.
